About The Position
The Budd Group is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance of client properties through various landscaping tasks. As a Landscape Crew Member, you will be the face of the outdoor services team, ensuring client sites look pristine.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability and consistent 7:00 AM start time.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Operating equipment for grass cutting, weedeating, and edging.
- Enhancing landscapes through mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs.
- Collaborating with your team to complete daily routes efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor to keep our sites beautiful.
