About The Position

Advanced Mulch, a Benchmark Company, is looking to expand its staff by hiring a crew member for our mulch installation division. Using specialized trucks, we install mulch directly into the required areas of shopping centers, apartment complexes, and HOAs. Requirements

Must possess a valid drivers license
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to consistently pull 50 lbs. (125ft) hose and lift 50 lbs.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail oriented
Positive attitude and a team player
Must be able to speak and understand English
Must be eligible to work in the US
This position requires travel to meet client requirements in various regions

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual (EN/SP) skillset adds value to application but is not required

Responsibilities

Install bark and other mulches into landscape bed areas on various properties
Loading/Re-loading/Unloading of truck materials
Communicate with clients in a professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.
Perform precise clean-up of bark installation using leaf blower as needed.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and ongoing performance and reliability of truck, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting of repairs as needed.
Ability to take constructive feedback from Supervisors.
Proactively look for potential hazards, problems and overall safety as well as taking corrective action.
Manage time wisely and work independently as well as part of a team.
Exceptional attendance and reliability.
