About The Position

Expanding our Landscape Construction, Maintenance and Enhancement Teams. Compensation per hour based on landscape experience. This is full-time year-round employment; during the winter, we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects. We offer a competitive benefit and compensation program. David J. Frank has the largest landscape workforce in the state, with over 250 landscape professionals, three dozen graduate horticulturalists, a dozen landscape architects, 20 certified arborists, carpenters, an agronomist, an entomologist, and 3,000 pieces of equipment. We work on cool projects that other companies don’t have the experience or the capabilities to tackle, all while using the latest and greatest equipment and technology.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years landscape experience
• A valid driver's license (CDL preferred) and a responsible driving record
• A valid Driver’s License with a responsible driving record is highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in horticulture is a plus
• A Wisconsin Cat 3 Pesticide license
