Requirements

2-3 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance
At least 1 year of experience leading a crew.
FULL G license and clear abstract
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the confidence to make decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of 4-5 awesome people to bring landscaping projects to life.
Plan day-to-day tasks and keep operations managers in the loop.
Spot and report any vehicle or equipment issues.
Oversee landscape construction — from digging to designing, you’ll do a bit of everything!
Follow building codes and local regulations.
Perform daily tool and equipment checks.
Work with contractors and understand the ins and outs of the construction process.
Use your math skills to solve problems.
Drive a truck and trailer like a pro.
Lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, dig — get your hands dirty and stay active!
Follow company policies and help keep our work environment positive and respectful.
