About The Position

Environment Control is seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to spearhead their maintenance properties in Tucson and the surrounding areas. This role requires natural leadership skills, an eye for quality, and the ability to motivate a team to keep properties pristine. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring efficiency and top-tier quality in all landscape duties.

Requirements

At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years.
Must have a clean, valid Arizona (AZ) driver's license held for the last 5 years to drive company vehicles.
Record must be free of at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from our main office daily.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Experience with irrigation systems and timers.

Responsibilities

Direct and work alongside your crew performing essential landscape duties (trimming, weeding, mowing, raking, and debris removal).
Utilize proper pruning knowledge to keep properties healthy and sharp.
Maintain high quality control while working at an efficient, energetic pace in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
