About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to take ownership of landscape installation projects from start to finish. This individual will lead a crew, maintain high-quality workmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. If you take pride in creating beautiful outdoor environments, enjoy leading people, and have experience with landscape construction and installation, we'd like to talk with you.
Requirements
- 2+ years of landscape installation or landscape construction experience.
- Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
- Knowledge of landscape renovations, grading, drainage, planting, and hardscape installation.
- Experience with paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living projects.
- Ability to read landscape plans and layouts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and landscape equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
- Take ownership of project execution, quality, productivity, and crew performance.
- Install landscape renovations, planting beds, trees, shrubs, mulch, and decorative features.
- Construct walkways, paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements.
- Perform grading and drainage improvements to ensure proper water management.
- Read plans and communicate project expectations to crew members.
- Operate and oversee the use of landscape equipment and tools.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- Monitor labor hours, materials, and project progress.
- Train and develop crew members while promoting a positive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
