About The Position

The landscape consultant is the primary contact for customers looking for turnkey surfacing solutions that may include artificial grass, modular tiles, and/or poured-in-place rubber. The landscape consultant will be responsible for using available resources to estimate, coordinate, and manage residential and commercial projects to the satisfaction of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Houston market for Synthetic Grass Pros. Includes generating sales, selling projects, and building out a network of subcontractors.
• Utilize company CRM and ERP systems to accurately document project details, customer interactions, and order processing.
• Coordinate material and labor to ensure timely completion of each project.
• Ensure that every customer receives prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance, while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Developing and maintaining B2B relationships with other businesses/professionals that would interact with Synthetic Grass Pros as subcontractors, partners, vendors, and/or customers.
• Monitor project costs and margins to deliver financial targets.
• Deliver updates to supervisor regarding projects/sales to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations and safety standards, to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
