About The Position

This position supports our Offsites Department. The Landscape Construction Superintendent will manage multiple projects simultaneously by providing technical guidance for field personnel, conducting percent of completion analysis to ensure projects are on budget, and partnering with foremen to ensure materials and labor for project needs are met. This role involves building relationships with clients and field personnel by conducting weekly job walks, understanding client needs, and identifying cost-effective enhancements to ensure profitability. The Superintendent will communicate with onsite Superintendents to provide updates on project progress, strategize how to improve project performance and exceed goals, coordinate subcontracts and review scope to identify possible scope gaps, and maintain awareness of allocated project hours at all times, providing this information to the Foreman.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of construction experience
• Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
• Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in land development, landscape, and/or masonry/concrete trades preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
