Prior experience in landscaping, excavation, or construction preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation to ensure optimal conditions for landscaping projects
Assist with the installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts according to project specifications
Support senior team members in executing landscaping and hardscaping projects
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively
Follow safety protocols and company standards to ensure a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
