Landscape Construction - Crew Member
About The Position
This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Landscape Development division at PHL. This work includes but is not limited to hardscape/softscape installation and maintenance, operating small engine equipment, watering, snow removal in the winter months, and assisting other departments as needed. Execute verbal and written instructions from the Foreman Completing jobs using hand tools and powered equipment safely and efficiently Ensuring appropriate services are 100% complete Meet desired production rates, quality control, and safety measures
Requirements
- Demonstrated competency in using landscape equipment
- Commitment to demonstrate high-quality workmanship, efficient production and exceed safety requirements.
- Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
