About The Position

Peter Hughes Landscape is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Landscape Crew Member to join their Calgary-based company. Specializing in a wide range of exterior landscaping services from custom design and construction to lawn and garden maintenance for both residential and commercial sectors, Peter Hughes Landscape has over 50 years of experience. The company fosters an environment of personal and professional growth, emphasizing teamwork, engagement, and service. This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of work within the Landscape Development division, including hardscape/softscape installation and maintenance, operating small engine equipment, watering, and snow removal during winter months. The crew member will execute instructions from the Foreman, use hand tools and powered equipment safely and efficiently, ensure job completion, and meet production rates, quality control, and safety standards.

Commitment to demonstrate high-quality workmanship, efficient production and exceed safety requirements.
Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
