About The Position

Live Aloha LLC is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join their team as Landscape Install Laborers. As a Landscape Install Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of landscape installations, working alongside experienced technicians and contributing to the successful completion of outdoor projects. The company has over three decades of landscape design and installation experience, combining creativity and craftsmanship to create outdoor living spaces. Requirements

• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, digging, and other manual labor activities.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.
• A valid driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of softscape elements, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation.
• Support the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Aid in the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Assist in the installation of low-voltage lighting systems to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and meet established timelines.
• Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support the landscaping team.
