About The Position

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Landscape Architectural Associate – Entry Level in the below posting locations. In this role, you will support landscape architecture projects from concept through construction, working on a diverse portfolio that includes public spaces, private developments, parks, campuses, and more.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
3–5 years of related professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience using AutoCAD for drafting.
Knowledge of plant materials including trees, shrubs, and perennials.
Valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

Preferred knowledge of Adobe Suite.
Interest in learning or expanding skills in 3D design and graphics software.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

Assisting with the planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of projects.
Preparing conceptual sketches, technical drawings, and presentation materials.
Supporting the Project Landscape Architect with proposals, cost estimates, specifications, and reports.
Participating in client, contractor, and project team meetings.
Performing site observation and construction administration tasks.
Delivering work that is accurate, timely, and reflective of Farnsworth’s high standards.
