The position involves leading design and production efforts through various project phases, collaborating with diverse teams on innovative design solutions, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and service. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a positive studio environment.

Requirements

5–8 years of professional experience
Experience managing project tasks and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Ability to think critically, solve complex design challenges, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
