This role is suited for an individual who thrives on balancing design creativity with project leadership and fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues. The position involves leading design and production efforts through various project phases, collaborating with diverse teams on innovative design solutions, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and service. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a positive studio environment.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience
  • Experience managing project tasks and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and production efforts across multiple phases of landscape architecture projects.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for clients, stakeholders, and public meetings.
