Responsibilities

  • Maintain proactive, professional communication with customers
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships
  • Respond to client needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct formal landscape quality site assessments on assigned properties
  • Identify quality deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain service standards
  • Lead maintenance renewal processes for assigned accounts
  • Secure contract renewals to achieve retention targets
  • Protect pricing integrity and gross margin during the renewal process
  • Identify enhancement opportunities through property inspections and client conversations
  • Estimate and propose enhancement projects
  • Achieve assigned enhancement sales and gross margin targets
  • Coordinate with Operations and Branch leadership to ensure effective execution of sold work
  • Participate in branch planning and strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and Crew Leaders to ensure service expectations are clearly communicated and executed
