About The Position

Performs responsible paraprofessional work opening, closing, and monitoring facility operations and assisting with and supervising activities. Does related work as required. Duties are performed under regular supervision.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or equivalent
• Some knowledge of the methods and practices of community activities including knowledge of the equipment and techniques, relevant rules, and regulations of programs for participants and customers
• Ability to instruct and assist customers and participants regarding the activities being supervised
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with other workers, program participants, and the general public
• Ability to enforce rules and regulations and maintain discipline
