Requirements
- NJ bar
- Recent experience with land use / zoning or environmental
Nice To Haves
- Experience negotiating redevelopment agreements and navigating the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law
Responsibilities
- Handle development applications from inception to completion, inclusive of addressing resolution compliance and post-approval issues
- Experience representing developers before planning boards and zoning boards
- Understanding of the intricacies of Municipal Land Use Law
- Experience negotiating redevelopment agreements and navigating the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law is preferred
