About The Position

At Halo Land Management, Land Technicians play a critical role in keeping land operations organized, accurate, and execution ready. This is the role that turns field activity, title information, lease data, and supporting documentation into clean, reliable records that teams can act on with confidence. Halo Land Management partners with leading energy and infrastructure developers to support the projects that power communities and grow economies. From title research and land acquisition to negotiation and right of way support, our teams deliver high quality land services with a strong commitment to communication, precision, and professionalism. As we continue to grow, we are building a clear and consistent standard for what success looks like in every role. The Land Technician is a key part of that standard by helping ensure lease, title, and tract level information is organized, accurate, and ready for use across the project lifecycle. As a Land Technician, you support Halo’s land teams by maintaining accurate records, organizing lease and title files, verifying tract and ownership details, and helping ensure critical project data is complete and usable. You are a core operational support partner to Landmen, Abstractors, GIS, Legal, and project leadership. In this role, you will review lease documents, compare title and tract information, maintain spreadsheets and databases, track key lease dates, and help flag gaps or discrepancies before they become larger issues. Your work helps keep acquisitions moving, supports clean client deliverables, and gives the broader team confidence in the records behind every project. This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail focused, dependable, and comfortable working across large volumes of documentation. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy under deadline pressure, and communicate clearly when something needs attention.
