About The Position

Our client is looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various types of surveys, managing field staff, and utilizing technical software and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Licensed Land Surveyor
• 5+ years of relevant land survey experience
• Field staff management experience
• Knowledge of surveying principles, regulations, techniques, and procedures
• Able to perform Boundary and Topographic surveys, Subdivision Plats and Construction Stakeouts
• Working knowledge of field instrumentation, GPS and robotic total stations
• Knowledge of technical software including AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Collaborative skills in working efficiently with a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform Boundary and Topographic surveys
• Perform Subdivision Plats
• Perform Construction Stakeouts
• Manage field staff
• Train survey personnel
• Coordinate field work
