About The Position

OWN is seeking an experienced survey professional to lead a survey team, oversee projects from kickoff through completion, build client relationships, and help identify opportunities for business growth. The role guides and develops team members, provides technical direction, and ensures projects meet quality, safety, schedule, budget, surveying-standard, and quality-control expectations. The Team Leader also collaborates with group and division leadership on project performance, resources, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of land surveying experience, including successful project and team management.
• Strong technical knowledge of surveying practices, equipment, and software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and GPS technologies.
• Experience in client relationship management, business development, and project financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
