About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Land Survey Project Manager to lead surveying projects from proposal through completion. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, budgets, schedules, and survey teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with Arizona standards.

Requirements

• Arizona Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) license (mandatory)
• 10+ years of land surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of Public Land Survey System (PLSS)
• Familiarity with Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards
• Experience with municipal survey requirements and ALTA/NSPS standards
• Proficiency in Trimble Business Center
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work and prepare cost estimates
• Negotiate contracts and project terms with clients
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise, mentor, and support survey staff
• Ensure quality control across all project phases
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
