The Real Estate Management Bureau (REMB) works with field office staff statewide to manage state trust real estate programs including temporary licensing and leasing, permanent transfers and acquisitions, issuance and/or sharing of access and easements, and the review of short-term licenses, leases, and easements on, over, and under state-owned navigable waterways. The Lands Section is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of trust land through land banking and cabin site sales, as well as land exchanges. This position is the Land Section Supervisor, responsible for developing and administering the Land Banking, Land Acquisition, Land Exchange, Cabin and Home Site Sale, and Inventory of Non-Trust Programs; administering program budgets and management of trust land data systems. This position supervises two Real Estate Specialists FTE in the section. The position reports to the Chief of the Real Estate Management Bureau.
