Kimley-Horn is seeking Planning graduates to join their Sarasota, Florida office in 2027. This role is not remote and involves contributing to the pre-construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for a variety of projects. The analyst will solve complex problems, support project managers, and collaborate with different teams to realize client visions for the built environment. This position requires developing an understanding of federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and its clients' practices and standards. Responsibilities include evaluating development proposals for zoning compliance, preparing planning and land use studies, and coordinating with municipal and state agencies. The role offers exposure to diverse project experiences across both public and private sectors.
