About The Position
Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Development team to assist with the site design for our upcoming development projects and support various activities related to land planning, technical drawings, and due diligence.
Requirements
- Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or related program
- Available 40 hours per week during summer
Nice To Haves
- AutoCAD or similar CAD program experience desired
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects.
- Support a wide variety of activities associated with land planning and technical drawings.
- Engage in the review of project due diligence materials, site and municipal requirement research, and preparation of presentation materials.
- Assist Development team with any additional project items and tasks.
