About The Position

As a Land Intern at Flywheel Energy, you will work alongside our land professionals on the acquisition, administration, and maintenance of the mineral and surface rights that underpin everything we do. You will gain first-hand exposure to how an E&P company manages leasehold, title, and landowner relationships across an active operated asset base. You will work alongside high-performing teams, gaining hands-on experience and real accountability from day one.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing degrees in energy management, land and resource management, business, finance, pre-law, or other applicable majors.
  • Graduation dates of December 2027 or later.
  • Bring a growth mindset and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Embrace challenge, accountability, and honest feedback.
  • Want to grow alongside exceptional teammates and contribute to something bigger than themselves.
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with contracts, legal instruments, and public records.
