About The Position

We are growing our Land Development team in Springfield, MO and looking for a Team Leader to help lead the next phase! This role is for someone who is already leading projects and relationships and is ready to have a bigger hand in shaping both. Not just managing work, but helping influence how it’s delivered and how the team grows. You’ll lead land development projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients and internal teams to keep things moving - technically, financially, and relationally.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• 5+ years of land development experience
• PE license preferred
• Strong project and client management experience
• Experience leading teams or a clear readiness to step into that role
• A sense of ownership: you care about the work, your team, and your clients

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support a team of engineers
• Build and strengthen client relationships (and help bring new ones in!)
• Stay close to project performance (we’re talking scope, schedule, and budget)
• Play a role in expanding our presence in the Springfield market
• Help shape how the team operates and delivers work
