Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and production of civil site development plans including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
- Support coordination of multidisciplinary design teams, including survey, CAD, and construction personnel.
- Assist in preparation of feasibility studies, land plans, engineering cost estimates, preliminary and final construction drawings, bid forms, technical specifications and related documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with CAD staff on plan production, providing direction and reviewing work for accuracy.
- Conduct plan reviews to ensure quality control and compliance with jurisdictional standards.
- Assist in permitting efforts with local and state agencies.
- Support project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning activities.
- Schedule and participate in project meetings, maintaining consistent communication with project managers and team members.
