Land Development Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and talented Land Development Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to a wide variety of impactful site development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of land development experience.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- Strong understanding of site civil engineering principles and land development practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Experience with Bentley StormCAD or similar stormwater modeling software.
- Familiarity with GIS applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with permitting processes and regulatory agency coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering plans, designs, and drawings for land development projects.
- Perform site feasibility analyses, conceptual planning, and site layout design.
- Develop grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, and erosion & sediment control plans.
- Support project permitting activities and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
- Conduct field investigations and site assessments as needed.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and modeling.
- Utilize Civil 3D, stormwater management software, and other engineering applications to produce project deliverables.
- Participate in project quality control reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and public agencies.
