About The Position

In this role, you will manage the Community Start up process from project entitlement to final home release. This includes oversight for lot purchases, qualifications and final releases. You will administer the due diligence processes and assist with preparing packages for final presentation to executive team.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Real Estate, Business or closely related field.
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience (real estate acquisitions, closings, contracts, and title review)
  • Working knowledge of land development processes
  • Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of Letter of Intents (LOI’s), contracts, extensions and terminations.
  • Process Land department invoices.
  • Set up Land Trades.
  • Order and maintain active lists for all earnest money, letter of credits or bonds.
  • Manage land files.
  • Coordinate due diligence receivables with engineers and subcontractors.
  • Assist in the preparation of Land Packages.
  • Monitor rezoning and annexation requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of department policies and procedures.
  • Manage all HOA functions.
  • Assist in Due Diligence for new projects
  • Prepare weekly Cash Flow report and submit to Finance
