The Laminator is responsible for setting up and operating lamination equipment to assemble multi-layer constructions according to customer specifications and quality standards. This position also includes hand-applying adhesives and materials, inspecting overlays and windows, and back-splitting products to ensure production accuracy. The position does not have supervisory responsibilities, but the Laminator is expected to adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards while demonstrating leadership in production accuracy and efficiency.
