About The Position

The Lamination Technician supports day-to-day production objectives and contributes directly to team results. The work includes occasional non-routine tasks and is performed independently under moderate supervision, with discretion exercised within operational boundaries and procedures. The technician communicates with team contacts, explains practices and procedures, makes minor process or system changes to address problems or improve effectiveness, and may recommend solutions for manager review. The role also provides guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices, typically obtained through work experience or education.
• Vocational or technical education may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production objectives and team results.
• Complete tasks that may occasionally be non-routine, working independently under moderate supervision.
• Communicate information to and from team contacts and explain practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreement.
• Make minor changes to systems and processes to solve problems or improve team effectiveness.
• Propose solutions to problems for manager review.
