About The Position

As a Lamination Technician, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! This role requires adherence to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), meaning only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. Applicants must provide specific forms of identification such as a Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization, or Permanent Resident Card.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Ability to work holidays and overtime as needed.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or political asylee or refugee.
• Must provide one of the following forms of identification: Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570), or Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Loading and unloading racks of parts, masking and unmasking parts, touch-up/rework, processing rejects, inspecting parts coming down lines, and operating a hoist where necessary.
