Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or four years of related experience
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct in a positive manner
Proficient computer skills
Working knowledge of plastic processes and design

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to internal and external groups
Develop and lead special projects including cost savings, 6S, and Kaizen
Promote the development and success of customer initiatives
Organize and coordinate multiple projects with the ability to prioritize individual deadlines
Develop technical specifications
Provide documentation of customer specifications and procedures to appropriate recipient groups; manufacturing/sales/quality
Initiate color match requests and lead pre-production trials
Facilitate sample requests in correlation to planned production for optimum efficiency
Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements
