Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or four years of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct in a positive manner
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Working knowledge of plastic processes and design

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal and external groups
  • Develop and lead special projects including cost savings, 6S, and Kaizen
  • Promote the development and success of customer initiatives
  • Organize and coordinate multiple projects with the ability to prioritize individual deadlines
  • Develop technical specifications
  • Provide documentation of customer specifications and procedures to appropriate recipient groups; manufacturing/sales/quality
  • Initiate color match requests and lead pre-production trials
  • Facilitate sample requests in correlation to planned production for optimum efficiency
  • Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements
