Counter-Form LLC is looking for a Laminate Production Worker. Counter-Form LLC is a recognized leader in the manufacturing of postform and custom laminate countertops. Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments (1–3 years preferred)
- Ability to read tape measures, work orders, and specifications accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools (saws, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines
- Solid understanding of material handling processes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving ability
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials (up to 75 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE
Nice To Haves
- Experience with laminate or woodworking materials
- Forklift experience
- Familiarity with inventory or material handling systems
Responsibilities
- Review daily production schedules and prioritize material preparation
- Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and specifications
- Cut laminate to size using table saws and other equipment
- Prepare and organize laminate and core materials for production
- Sort and organize laminate, caps, and bands per order lists
- Roll laminate for shipment or transfer to other departments
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure non-stock laminate meets quality and inventory standards
- Work with Shipping and other departments to support efficient workflow
- Move and stack stock-core materials (8–12 feet in length)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support team members and contribute to process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
