About The Position
Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift Laminate Packer for our Chandler, AZ, facility. The Laminate Packer packages and labels laminate panels according to customer requirements. This position is responsible for the timely movement of finished goods for shipment to the customer. The Laminate Packer role will cross-train on level A-B positions which may include Material Handling and Roll Pulling.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
- Must stand up to 10 hours per shift.
- Must be able to perform frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
- Must be able to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior machine operating experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems is a plus.
