About The Position
This is an on-call position providing dining support at PB&G, a relaxing, outdoor poolside restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. The restaurant is inspired by southern favorites and comforts, featuring local waters, vegetation, and farms.
Requirements
- Background in fine dining or resort experience is preferred, emphasis on high volume
- Prior experience of 1-2 years working in Food & Beverage
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
- Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
- Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
