About The Position

Enjoy working outdoors on the water? Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Lakefront Maintenance Attendant and help maintain our marina, beach, and shoreline areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, boating, and keeping outdoor spaces clean and safe for guests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Prior boating experience preferred (launching, loading/unloading, operating equipment)

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of marina, piers, beach, and shoreline areas
• Install, remove, and maintain seasonal docks and water equipment
• Perform minor repairs (tightening hardware, replacing boards, reporting damage)
• Clean piers daily from the Lake House to the Marina
• Operate or assist with weed harvesting equipment to remove debris and aquatic weeds
• Rake and maintain the beach for a clean, guest-friendly environment
• Collect, transport, and dispose of debris and weeds
• Track daily work, including weed removal and fuel usage
• Support general maintenance projects when lakefront activity is low
