About The Position

We are currently looking for a fun and friendly Ladies Locker Room Attendant to join our Spa & Salon team! The Ladies Locker Room Attendant will assist members and guests as part of the Ladies Locker Room Operations. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-driven with a commitment to creating a memorable experience.
Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
Ability to follow established cleanliness and service standards.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Comfortable working in an environment with a moderate noise level.

Responsibilities

Greet Members and Guests by name in a warm and courteous manner.
Attend to Members and Guests during card games, including assisting with food and beverage needs.
Issue lockers, keys, towels, and other amenities to Members and Guests as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and locker room areas, including floors, mirrors, walls, basins, lavatories, showers, sauna, and steam room.
Restock supplies and amenities, including tissues, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, sunscreen, and after-shave lotion.
Maintain inventory of supplies and snacks.
Follow established opening and closing procedures.
Cross-train with Spa Reception and assist in the Spa as needed.
