Requirements
- Must be personable, organized, service-oriented, and a team player.
- Willing to learn and adapt to member expectations.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide personal services such as shoe care, brushing clothes, replacing shoe spikes, etc.
- Keep bulletin boards neat and information current.
- Ensure the safety and security of members' and guests' belongings.
- Issue lockers, keys, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Maintain stocked honor bar and food displays in season.
- Notify Locker Room Manager for restocking toiletries.
- Clean garbage cans, wipe counters, and manage cleanliness.
- Relay messages to members and guests as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
