Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly
  • Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motion
  • Able to read a tape measure
  • Dependable attendance—being on the job daily is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to become certified)
  • High School diploma or GED is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wooden ladders using pneumatic staplers and nail guns
  • Repeatedly lift, place, and stack ladders onto racks
  • Tag and prepare finished ladder racks for the next production step
  • Transport ladders to the packing department using a forklift
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (safety glasses & hearing protection)
  • Support your team with additional tasks as needed
