About The Position

Roofmart, Canada's National distributor for Exterior Building Supply for Roofing, Siding, Metal and Building Envelope, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Ladder Conveyor Truck Driver and Operator. With over 50 locations across Canada, Roofmart is strategically positioned to meet customer needs. This role is responsible for the safe loading, transport, and delivery of products, ensuring work areas remain clean and organized, and consistently upholding all health and safety regulations. The position also supports additional operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Must have valid insurance acceptable Class 3 CDL and ability to provide current drivers abstract (West)
Must have valid insurable acceptable AZ/DZ license and clean driving abstract (East)
Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
Strong customer service skills
Authorized to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

Load securement training (can be provided)
Fall Protection/Working at Heights Training - an asset (can be provided)
First Aid Certificate - an asset (can be provided)
Previous Forklift/Moffett training - an asset (can be provided)
Previous Truck Driver and Operator experience - Preferred
Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

Safely load, move and deliver product
Perform pre-operational inspections, maintenance checklists, clean and lubricate the crane
Maintain clean and organized work environments in the store, yard, and trucks
Strictly adhere to and comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
Other duties as required
