About The Position
We are recruiting for a Lactation Consultant to meet the nutritional needs of patients through nutritional screening, assessment, instruction, monitoring, and patient visitation. We are looking for someone that can help cover vacations, leaves of absences and high census times. We work Monday-Friday, Day Shift; no weekends, evenings or holidays. Primarily this person will support Liberty Campus, but may need to cover Burnet Campus, on occasion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nursing.
- Registration with recognized professional organization and current license with the State of Ohio licensing board.
- Certification as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Responsibilities
- Meet the nutritional needs of patients through nutritional screening, assessment, instruction, monitoring, and patient visitation.
- Cover vacations, leaves of absences and high census times.
