We are seeking reliable, physically fit and hardworking Labourers to support active project sites across British Columbia. This role is physically demanding, hands-on work that requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and consistently meeting high work standards in fast-paced, changing environments. Requirements

Valid OFA1 (Occupational First Aid Level 1) or Basic First Aid certification
Valid Class 7N or 5 Driver’s License
Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test (pre-employment screening required)
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive, physically demanding work and 12-hour shifts
Willingness to work a 14 days on / 14 days off (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) rotation
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

Perform general labour duties to support site operations and environmental management plans
Load, unload, move, and assist with installation of materials and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite at all times
Follow all safety protocols and procedures—no shortcuts
Work closely with crew members and trades to complete tasks safely and efficiently
Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately
