About The Position

WQS Industrial Services Ltd. is recruiting Labourers for the 2026 Fall Turnaround Season, with major projects in the Fort McMurray region. Successful candidates will be willing to complete employer-provided IRATA Rope Access training. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team, enjoy a people-first culture, and contribute to a season focused on excellence. The anticipated turnaround schedule is 6 days on, 1 day off, with 12-hour shifts. A pre-work schedule may vary. The duration of the project is from August 2026 to October 2026. Flights and camp accommodations are provided by the company.

Requirements

• Willingness to complete IRATA Rope Access Course.
• Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
• Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract.
• Common Safety Orientation.
• Confined Space Certification.
