About The Position

We are looking for dedicated Laborers to join our team at Spartan Ram Jacks! We specialize in Foundation repair including- crack injections, installing piers, and anchors as well as water management- sump pumps, GEO systems, etc.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Ability to work in all weather
• Workers must be punctual and reliable
• Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

• Showing up on time
• Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Digging, backfilling, installing material
• Following instructions from supervisors
• Other duties as assigned

Benefits

• Starting salary is dependent on prior experience.
• Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
• 90-day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance
