About The Position

The primary function of a laborer is to organize and maintain the warehouse to keep it safe and satisfactory, in addition to assisting the drivers on premises when needed. This position involves a combination of indoor and outdoor work, including warehouses, job sites, customer locations, and delivery areas. It is an entry-level position requiring basic math skills and knowledge of various materials.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various board sizes and manufactures, mud types, and steel types.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic math skills.
• Ability to remain standing 90%.
• Frequently move materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to communicate with management and coworkers and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Constantly working outside.
• Effective Communication: Ability to express ideas, thoughts, and information clearly, concisely, and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
• Organizational Skills: Aptitude for managing tasks, time, and resources efficiently to meet objectives, with an emphasis on detail-orientation and ability to multitask.
