Laborer

Ecowaste SolutionsLake City, FL

About The Position

Ecowaste Solutions is one of the fastest-growing companies in the waste management industry, delivering essential services that keep communities and businesses running. We take pride in the hands-on work our team does every day, and we're looking for people who share that same drive and commitment to excellence. Looking for a way in the door with a company that will actually invest in where you go next? As a Laborer, your primary role is to keep pace alongside our route crews, manually loading, emptying, and clearing trash and recyclable materials at each stop along the route. This is physically demanding, hands-on work that requires constant movement, heavy lifting, and stamina to keep up a fast pace for the full shift. It's also a great starting point: the work teaches the business from the ground up and opens doors to driving, maintenance, and other roles as you build experience with us.
