The Position Laborer Job Summary The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient plant while also supporting the overall operations. On any given day ( shift ), the duties and responsibilities could include, but are not limited to the following:

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Attention to detail and staying alert at all times to ensure safety
• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers

• High School Diploma or GED
