About The Position
Builds and performs a variety of physical labor duties on construction projects. Transfers from one task to another as directed. CBRE seeking a laborer to assist in general cleanup, carpentry/framing, temporary protection measures, punch list items, safety guidelines, etc. in a medical facility environment.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Housekeeping skills required.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
- High School Diploma
- 1 year experience performing minimal construction activities.
- Driver’s License
- Basic Computer Skills
- Customer facing communications
- Customer service skills
- Must be a U.S. Person due to compliance requirements imposed by a federal contract.
