About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our team. This role will involve assisting with pipe installation and site preparation for residential development projects. You will be responsible for digging trenches, laying pipe, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and supporting equipment operators. General excavation labor such as shoveling, raking, and digging will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate will have previous outdoor construction or excavation experience and be able to work effectively in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Previous outdoor construction or excavation experience preferred
• Experience digging trenches or laying pipe is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Heavy Equipment Operator experience is a bonus
